  • Don't block your opponent

  • Play short game to 5, 7, 11 as you want

Goals:

  • Warmup your tennis practice

  • Footwork

  • Ball-feeling

  • Coordination

  • You can do this drill for nearly all ages

  • Use bigger and slower balls for young kids
